On Saturdays and Sundays I’m free. I don’t go to school and can do what I want. My parents don’t work either and stay at home.
It’s Saturday. I get up later than usual.I’m not in a hurry, I take my time.However, I must help my parents with housework. I also go to the supermarket with my father.
On Sundays I often go for a walk with my parents. Sometimes we go to the zoo as I really like animals. My favourite animals are tigers, lions and leopards,they are clever and very beautiful. My cat has a lot in common with them.
Our family very often go to the theatre. My favourite theatre is the musical theatre.
Our family like watching TV or videos. We have a video player and very often see our favourite films. I can spend a lot of time in front of the TV set when there are interesting films on, for example detective stories. My mum watches romantic films and comedies. As for my dad,he prefers sport programmes.
At the weekend we sometimes go to visit somebody or have guests at home. I frequently meet my friends and we go for a walk or play computer games.Outside we play different games like football, volleyball, basketball. There is a good playground next to my house.
When the weather is bad, we stay at home. My mum and dad read, watch TV, phone the friends and relatives. I also have something to do, for example, to play the guitar, play computer games, read books. I also have to do my homework. So,we are never bored at the weekend.

How I spend My Weekends
I spend my weekends in a variety of ways. On some weekends, I like to relax at home and catch up on some rest. I might watch a movie or TV show, read a book, or just take a nap.
On other weekends, I like to be more active and go out and do something. This might include going for a hike or bike ride in the park, playing a sport with friends, or going to the gym.
I also like to spend time with my family and friends on the weekends. We might have a barbecue in the backyard, go out to eat at a restaurant, or just hang out and chat.
On weekends when I have a lot of homework or projects due, I might spend more time studying and working on school assignments. I try to balance my responsibilities with my desire to have some leisure time, so I make sure to set aside time for both.
In most cases, my weekends are a mix of relaxation, fun, and productivity, and I enjoy being able to have a break from the busy week and spend time doing the things that I enjoy.

I go to school five days a week, so I have two days off -Saturday and Sunday (I’m lucky, because some other pupils have the only one day off). During the week I am very busy, so I like to have a rest on weekend.
I am not an early riser and it is a rare Saturday or Sunday when I get up before 9 o’clock. I enjoy staying in bed, when I don’t have to hurry anywhere.We have late breakfast at 10 and watch TV. Usually we have something tasty: meat salad, fried potatoes, chicken, cake or pie.
If the weather is fine, I usually do not stay indoors, I and my dog go outside. Often we go to the park and play there. If the weather is rainy and gloomy, I stay at home and watch TV, listen to the music, read the books.
After dinner we go visit our grandparents or relatives, or just simply take a nap. Sometimes when my friends call me we go rollerblading near the Opera theatre. I like rollerblading very much, I think it is a lot of fun.In the evenings I like to watch video and music programs. There is a big armchair in my room right beside the lamp with blue shade. If it is cold I like to sit there with cup of coffee and read.
Sometimes I do something special on weekends: go to an art exhibition, to the theatre, to the concert.
I always go to bed late on Sundays, and Monday morning is the nastiest thing through all the week. I like weekends very much, because I can rest and gain some energy for the next week.
