All people in the world want to be successful. Most of them are convinced that success means much money.

In my opinion, money is not a complete success. People who earn a lot of money may be narrow-minded, dull, disrespected, etc. They also may not be accepted by society. For example, drug barons are usually very rich but their occupation is disgusting. They sell drugs and destroy people’s body and mind. How can it be a success? Absolutely not. I strongly believe that really successful people are responsible for the part they play in the world.

But there are people who consider money the true criterion of success. They claim that making little money means having nothing valuable, which no one wants to pay you for. But I cannot support this point of view because there are occupations that are not meant to make you rich. If you are a teacher, you may be very successful because your students get good results. At the same time, pedagogical work will not turn you into a millionaire.

To sum it up, I would like to emphasize the fact that a successful person may or may not earn a lot of money. But he or she is always aware of what he or she is doing. Successful people are always responsible for the world they live in.

Some people think that only rich people are successful, whereas others think about success differently. Success for them means good family, loyal friends, good health and so on.

I think that not only people who make a lot of money can be called successful. First of all there are a lot of different definitions of success. I consider successful those who have good health, loving family, reliable friends and then perhaps a lot of money. Second, I would also call happy people successful. All those listed above things should make a person happy.

At the same time there are people who think that if people have a lot of money they can buy whatever they want. They can get the best medical treatment, people will be attracted to them.

Well, having money one can allow a lot of things, however, I would not call them successful if they are not happy. The ability to buy things or afford many quality services cannot make a person really happy. Only warmhearted people around can gives a feeling of success and happiness that is impossible just to buy. 

In conclusion, I would like to say that money is thought to be a primary measure of success by a lot of people. Nevertheless, if we investigate the subject thoroughly we will see that money is a good thing to have but it is not enough to be the only measure of success in life. There are many more valuable things that one should be eager to obtain.

In conclusion, I would like to say that there are opposing views on this issue. At first sight it seems that those people who make a lot of money are successful but in actual fact there are other even more important values of peoples’ lives namely love, family, friends and so on. Thus, I strongly believe that money is not only measure of success.

The problem of a person’s success is very controversial. Many people believe that people’s income should be reasonably high but others do not agree. Let us consider the facts.

From my point of view, being rich does not always mean to be successful. Firstly, if a person only works hard only for the purpose of earning a large amount of money, one will never be satisfied. In addition, while making a fortune, this person may forget about his family. Consequently, he or she will have a lot of problems with relationships.

Nevertheless, there is a vast number of people who suppose that a successful businessman does not have any problems. They believe that a person who earns a considerable amount of money can afford everything. For instance, entrepreneur can travel around the world, can purchase expensive things, can have important friends and he is always fortunate.

However, I tend to believe that even rich people are not blessed all the time. They can have many difficulties in their personal life, with health, in relationships etc. Also a businessman must constantly be responsible because he has got a lot of important situations during his business.

To conclude, I would like to stress that in spite of all valid considerations of people who think that only people, earning a lot of money, are prosperous, it still seems to me that ordinary people can be successful too.
