Our health, feelings and productivity depend on correct and balanced food. Healthy eating is a mandatory point of a healthy lifestyle and a guarantee of stable functioning of the body as a whole. For example, food provides us with the energy that we spend with physical exertion. In addition, food can improve our well-being that can directly affect at relationships with other people. As we know, angry man is hungry man.

Yes, we can agree that junk food is the most delicious. This is because flavor enhancers are added to all semi-finished products, chips, and soda drinks. But it doesn’t mean that healthy food can’t be delicious, because a nutritious diet could consist of boiled meat, vegetables, fruits and nuts, some of the most tasty and popular products. The main secret is that the products are properly combined, prepared and don’t contain any harmful additives. It is not difficult for us, those who live in the village, because we all have meet, milk, vegetables, fruits and berries. We prepare all of these things and sure that their use will not harm us.

Thanks to the Internet, every follower of a healthy lifestyle will easily find for himself many recipes for the «right» dishes necessary to diversify the menu, and as a result, get more pleasure from eating.

In conclusion, I believe that healthy eating plays an important part in the life of every person, thereby allowing him to stay healthy, improve his appearance, nourish the body with a sufficient amount of nutrients, reducing harmful ones. Для нас, тех, кто живет в деревне, это нетрудно, потому что у всех нас есть мясо, молоко, овощи, фрукты и ягоды. Мы готовим все эти вещи и уверены, что их использование не повредит нам.

That’s why, it’s better to avoid using fat-containing products. We also need less sodium, which is found in salt and less sugar. I now try to eat less sweets and cakes. The benefits of eating healthily are separated into 3 main categories, which include physical, social and emotional benefits. My view on the benefits of healthy eating is that you can eat what you want to, but in moderation.

Some of the physical benefits of healthy eating include maintaining good body weight, supporting your body while you are growing so that you can reach your full physical potential, give you more energy to participate in physical activity, and some studies have shown that a balanced diet will ensure you have the essential nutrients you need for your brain to function efficiently.

Social benefits of healthy eating can lower health costs, and work can be much more productive. This will ultimately save people money, buildings and businesses can be built faster, more people will then join the community, and more people will join the sporting teams available.

Some emotional health benefits include having more confidence and higher self esteem, people accept and like their body image and enjoy things more. Being emotionally healthy and happy with your body and what you put into it can also reduce the number of people who suffer from eating disorders such as anorexia nervosa and bulimia.

Consuming too much or too little food can be because people are in very diverse situations. The Australian Dietary Guidelines state that people should eat according to their energy needs. This means that a more active person should be consuming more carbohydrates than someone who is pretty much inactive.

Not consuming enough food may lead to eating disorders, which can eventually lead to osteoporosis, major organs shutting down and death. An example of not eating enough is if a person’s energy

Vegetables provide many healthy nutrients that are needed to maintain good health. However, eating just vegetables and no meant content is not a very good practice. Being a vegetarian is good for health but there are some nutrients that you can only get from meat and not plants. Therefore, everyone should look to adopt a balanced diet that contains a little bit of everything in an adequate amount.

Junk food is one of the key causes of obesity because junk food contains high-calorie, high fat, high sugar, and high salt content. Health experts identify high fats, sugar, and raw salt as key contributors that cause heart diseases, kidney failure, and other health problems.

Healthy foods have many health-related benefits.  Healthy foods can improve a person’s mood and enhance their mental status. When a person’s body is under stress, protein is often broken down into amino acids which aid the body to deal with stress. Protein-rich diets such as dairy products can help to enhance the protein level in the body. Moreover, diets rich in omega-3 fats such as nuts, as well as vitamin-rich and mineral-rich diets including fruits and vegetables help maintain stable blood sugar levels. Healthy foods such as beetroot, apricots, and radishes also improve the overall body appearance. Sugary items have been linked to dry skin and early aging. These are the reasons why one should always eat healthy food.

Unhealthy foods have many disadvantages as they are the main reason for many diseases. Consuming processed food, junk food, and all types of fast foods can have very bad effects on the body.
